The standard 3.5L V6 Carnival is rated to tow up to 3,500 lbs. Because of the different tuning required for the hybrid system, the Carnival Hybrid has a towing capacity of 2,500 lbs. While this is still plenty for a small utility trailer or lightweight camper, drivers with heavier towing needs may still prefer the V6. However, for the majority of daily family duties and light hauling, the Hybrid’s massive torque and superior fuel economy make it the preferred choice for most of our Daphne customers.
